MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING RESOURCES

We believe that prevocational doctors have the right to feel safe and supported whilst pursuing their career goals. PVASS does not condone any form of bullying, discrimination and/or sexual harrassment in the workplace. The surgical training pathway can be an overwhelming and isolating experience without having to worry about additional conflicts with staff and/or patients. We have created the following non-exhaustive list of resources in the hope that it may help yourself or a colleague looking for professional support or reporting pathways outside of the PVASS community.
